Studi+ Literatur Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe ( NHT ) Terhadap Hasil Belajar

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the cooperative learning model, specifically the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) approach, on student learning outcomes through a literature review. This review examines various previous studies that explore the impact of the NHT model across different educational contexts and subjects. The NHT model is known for its discussion-based approach, actively involving all group members, thereby enhancing students’ understanding and participation in learning. The analysis shows that the NHT model significantly improves students’ learning outcomes in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Additionally, this model effectively boosts learning motivation, communication skills, and students’ collaborative abilities. Based on these findings, NHT is recommended as an effective learning strategy to improve learning outcomes and develop students’ social skills. This study aims to provide educators with insights on implementing the NHT model more widely across various educational levels.
